A Nonuniform Signal Shaping Scheme Based on BCH and LDPC Concatenated Code

Abstract

A nonuniform 12QAM signal shaping scheme based on BCH and LDPC concatenated code is proposed. The simulation results show that the proposed scheme requires lower SNR than uncoded-PS-12QAM and LDPC-PS12QAM schemes.
