Flexible Generation of Orbital Angular Momentum (OAM) Mode Array by Employing Phase Grating

Abstract

We introduce a new method for the flexible generation of OAM array with different power distributions. By designing different phase gratings, 5×5 OAM mode arrays are successfully generated with output power controlled. Moreover, the diffraction efficiency is above 90%.
