Polymer waveguide jumper with 3D over-crossing structure for high-density on-board optical interconnects application

Abstract

We propose and experimentally demonstrate polymer waveguide jumper with 3D over-crossing structure for high-density on-board optical interconnects application. The fabricated device has an insertion loss and inter-channel crosstalk as low as 2.2 and −40 dB.
