Photonic Intermediate Structures for Tandem Perovskite/Silicon Solar Cells

Abstract

The efficiency of tandem solar cells can be boosted through photon management using intermediate photonic structures. Here, we study the impact of intermediate reflectors and optical impedance matching layers by comparing efficiency with technological complexity.
