Abstract

With a Ni/SiO2/Au/SiNx compound function layer, in-situ localized surface plasmon of gold nano-particles on the top of multiple quantum wells nanorods was fabricated, whose integrated photoluminescence intensity show a 1.9-fold enhancement compared with bare nanorods.
