N-port non-Blocking Optical Router for Network-on-Chip

Abstract

A universal method for constructing an N-port non-blocking optical router based on 2×2 Mach-Zehnder optical switch for photonic networks-on-chip is proposed. The non-blocking property of the proposed optical router is proved.
