Abstract

A highly efficient gas sensor was developed based on photocatalysis heteronanostructures comprised of Au adsorbed on CdTe quantum-dot film (CdTe@Au) with alkalization treatment. The plasmonic-enhanced surface reactions lead to a valuable application for gas sensing.
