Semiconductor Polymer Dots for Optical Imaging and Phototherapy

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

Semiconductor polymer dots exhibit superior brightness and tunable optical properties. This presentation describes the development of small polymer dots for biological imaging. Stimulated emission depletion (STED) imaging and Superresolution optical flunctuation imaging (SOFI) were demonstrated.
