High-speed quantitative 3D blood flow imaging by dual-illumination holographic microscopy

Abstract

A multidirectional holographic microscopy setup using two illumination beams with a large angle of separation (90⁰) is proposed to image blood microcirculation in preclinical models. This setup allows an easier manipulation of the sample.
