Abstract

Our work is aimed at the development and experimental testing of Mueller-matrix digital holographic mapping method for reconstruction of the distribution of optical anisotropy parameters of partially depolarizing films of various biological fluids and the determination of objective criteria for the differentiation of polycrystalline blood films of healthy donors and patients with prostate cancer.
